Gamsing Air-Drum User Agreement
The ownership and operation of the [Gamsing Air-Drum] is owned by Shenzhen Gamsing Technology Co., Ltd. and the services provided are strictly enforced in accordance with the terms of service and operating rules. 1. Introduction

The user warrants that in his/her personal use of [Gamsing Air-Drum], he/she shall not.
(1) Violating the provisions of the Constitution, laws and administrative regulations;
(2) Endangering national security, leaking state secrets subverting state power and undermining national unity;
(3) To the detriment of the honour and interests of the State, to the detriment of the public interest;
(4) inciting ethnic hatred and discrimination, undermining national unity, undermining the State's religious policy, and promoting cults and feudal superstitions;
(5) Disseminating obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, murder, terror or abetting a crime;
(6) Insulting or slandering others and infringing on their legitimate rights and interests;
3. Intellectual property rights
The User acknowledges that Shenzhen Gamsing Technology Co., Ltd. owns all rights including but not limited to all intellectual property rights in [Air- Drum]. "Intellectual Property Rights" means all rights provided for in the Patent Law, Copyright Law, Trade Secrets Law, Trademark Law, Unfair Competition Law, etc. and all applications, updates, extensions and restorations thereof, whether now or hereafter enforced and in force throughout the world. The User agrees that it will not modify, adapt, translate [Gamsing Air-Drum], create derivative works of [Gamsing Air-Drum], derive source code from [Gamsing Air-Drum] by decompiling, reverse engineering, disassembling, or otherwise. Users agree not to remove, obscure or alter any copyright notices, trademarks or other proprietary notices of Gamsing Air-Drum or any third party.
4. User privacy regime

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permissible by applicable law, Shenzhen Gamsing Technology Co., Ltd. expressly disclaims all other warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, any implied warranties and liabilities of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, reliability, accuracy, completeness, freedom from viruses, and freedom from errors. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Shenzhen Gamsing Technology Co., Ltd. and its licensors do not make the following representations or warranties to you:
(1) Your use of the Services will meet your needs;
(2) Your use of the Services will be continuous, uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free;
(3) the accuracy and reliability of any information obtained through your use of the Services.
(4) Operational or functional defects occurring in any software provided to you as part of the relevant service will be rectified.
Shenzhen Gamsing Technology Co., Ltd. shall not be liable for any incidental, indirect, special, or consequential damages or claims (including, but not limited to, force majeure, personal injury, any other pecuniary loss or other loss) arising out of the user's use of the [Gamsing Air-Drum] or in any way related to the products and services of the company (including, but not limited to, force majeure, personal injury, loss of money or other loss caused by the user). damages).
The force majeure referred to in this Agreement includes: natural disasters, terrorist activities, failures of basic telecommunication carriers within and outside the country, technical defects related to computers or the Internet, computer viruses, hacker attacks, limitations on the coverage of the network, changes in the provisions of the law or governmental directives, and other factors that cannot be foreseen, avoided, or overcome within the lawful scope of the objective circumstances.
7. Liability for breach of contract
If the user's behaviour violates the agreement or violates the relevant provisions of national laws and regulations, Shenzhen Gamsing Technology Co., Ltd. has the right to take measures, including but not limited to the suspension or termination of part or all of the user can be used to the [Gamsing Air- Drum] services, as well as to pursue other legal responsibilities, according to the consequences of the user's behaviour may lead to the user. 8. Laws
The above terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement may be resolved by friendly negotiation, and if friendly negotiation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to the People's Court of competent jurisdiction in the place of residence of Shenzhen Gamsing Technology Co., Ltd. The Terms are the entire agreement of the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and prevail over and supersede all prior or contemporaneous provisions or agreements, whether written or oral, with respect to such subject matter. The exclusion of any of the above terms shall only be effective if it is in writing and signed in writing by Shenzhen Gamsing Technology Co., Ltd. and a third party that provides its software with or through [Gamsing Air-Drum].
