Unless otherwise stated, not agreeing to the Privacy Protection Agreement or updates thereto (and we will notify you of such updates in a timely manner) may affect your normal use or continued normal use of our products and/or services.

 

I. Information We Collect

the App is a product and service provided by Guangzhou Gamsing Technology Co.,Ltd.. The registered address of us is B809-B810, No.22 Qinglan Street, Xiaoguwei Street, Panyu District, Guangzhou, China, and our products are operated in conjunction with our affiliates, for example, through channel co-operation, branding, and so on. In the course of your use of the App services, we will collect the information that you provide on your own initiative or as a result of your use of the services in the following ways, in order to provide you with the services, to optimise our services and to safeguard the security of your account:

(i) the App Third Party Information Sharing List

(1) We use mobile phone numbers as our account system. When you use your mobile phone number to log in to the Sense and Sound App, we will use your mobile phone number as a unique identifier for storing your log-in information, so that you can synchronise your data when you log in using different devices. If you do not use your mobile phone number to log in, we will not be able to provide you with the relevant functions after you have logged in, but other functions of the Sense & Sound App will not be affected.

(2) When you use the App Service, we will collect your operation history to enable you to view your operation history.

(3) In order to protect your normal use of our services, maintain the normal operation of our services, improve and optimise your service experience and protect your account security, we collect your device model, operating system, unique device identifier, device SN, login IP address, MAC address, local installed Application list, IMSI, and operation log information. To help improve your Internet experience, we also collect information about Wi-Fi near you. In addition, for advertising and statistical purposes, we use your device's unique device identifier (including IMEI), MAC address, Android ID, list of installed Apps, and device model information to complete advertising and statistical related matters.

(4) In order to ensure the stable operation of the App or to realise related functions, we may access software development kits (SDK) provided by third parties to achieve the aforementioned purposes. Please refer to this link for details of the third-party SDKs that the the App can access.

(5) You can set your associated mobile phone number in Settings - Avatar - Account Managementto improve your information, and when you take the initiative to add relevant contact information, we may contact you to use it under special circumstances. You can choose whether to provide us with your address book information to help you and others to find friends. The above information is your personal sensitive information, if you refuse to set the associated mobile phone number, or refuse to provide contact information, it will not affect your normal use of the the App.

(6) If you participate in our questionnaires, online activities, marketing activities, transaction refunds, and account cancellation functions, we will collect your name, mobile phone number, ID card, recipient's name, contact address, contact information, payment channel, payment account number, payment gateway number, order information, transaction and consumption information, award-winning information, and virtual property information in accordance with actual needs. This information is sensitive personal information, and we will use encryption technology to collect and store it after obtaining your express consent, and the scope of collection of such information will be made clear to you in the aforementioned activities and their rules. If you refuse to provide such information, you will not be able to use the corresponding specific functions, but it will not affect your normal use of the the App.

(7) In order to provide you with push message technical services, we need to use your Android ID, QIMEI, OAID and IP address to regulate the link and to activate the closed SDK push process to ensure that you can receive the messages we push to you in a timely manner. If you want to turn off this function, you can turn it off through Settings - Message Notification - Whether to allow associated startups to send notification messages, and turning it off will not affect your normal use of the Application.

(8) In order to optimise your experience when listening to your work, recording and playing songs and loading them, we need to collect your imsi to obtain the current network environment operator of your device to further optimise the network experience.

(9) You may use the Edit Profile function to fill in or edit the relevant personal information for display on your homepage and to make the content visible to visiting users. You may choose to provide us with personal information such as gender, date of birth, current residence, school, occupation, region, height, etc. Your refusal to provide such information will not affect the normal use of the the App.

The above information is provided by users on their own initiative, and the Platform does not make any request for the provision of such information, nor does it make any identification or guarantee of its authenticity.

(10)You may choose whether to authorise us to collect information that may be required for the use of additional business functions of our products or services. If you refuse to provide it, it will result in the additional business functions not being realised or not achieving the results we intend to achieve, but will not affect your normal use of the core business functions. This information generally requires you to open the corresponding device permissions to obtain, so you can collect the device settings page to manage the corresponding permissions. Meanwhile, you can also open/cancel the corresponding permissions through the "Settings of Android devices - Applications - App - Permissions" (there may be slight differences among Android mobile phone manufacturers) or "Settings of IOS devices - App". By enabling this permission, you authorise us to access, obtain, collect and use your personal information; when you cancel this authorisation, we will no longer collect this information and will no longer be able to provide you with the services mentioned above; however, unless you delete your personal information in accordance with the provisions of the law, your cancellation will not affect the processing and storage of your personal information based on your previous authorisation.

(11) According to relevant laws and regulations and national standards, we may collect and use your personal information without seeking your authorised consent in the following cases:

① Directly related to national security, national defence security and other national interests; directly related to public security, public health, public information and other major public interests;

② Directly related to crime investigation, prosecution, trial and sentence enforcement;

③ For the maintenance of your or other personal information, out of the maintenance of your life or other individuals, property, reputation and other important legal rights and interests, but it is difficult to get the consent of the person;

④ The personal information collected is disclosed to the public by you;

⑤ Personal information is collected from legitimate publicly disclosed information, such as legitimate news reports, government information disclosure and other channels;

⑥Necessary for the conclusion and performance of a contract at your request;

⑦Necessary to maintain the safe and stable operation of the products or services provided, such as the discovery and disposal of product or service failures;

⑧Necessary for legitimate news reporting; (ix) Necessary for statistical or other purposes in the public interest;

⑨Necessary to carry out statistical or academic research in the public interest, and the results of academic research or description of the external provision of the results of personal information contained in the de-identification process;

⑩ Other cases stipulated by laws and regulations.

Please understand that the functions and services we provide to you are constantly updated and developing, if a function or service is not in the aforementioned description and collects your information, we will separately explain the content, scope and purpose of the collection of information to you through the page prompts, interactive processes, website announcements, etc., in order to obtain your consent.

Please note that at present, we will not take the initiative to obtain your personal information from third parties outside of Guangzhou Gamsing Technology Co.,Ltd.. If we need to obtain your personal information indirectly from a third party for business development in the future, we will inform you of the source, type and scope of use of your personal information before obtaining it. If we need to carry out personal information processing activities for business development beyond the scope of your authorised consent when you originally provided your personal information to a third party, we will obtain your authorised consent before processing your personal information. In addition, we will strictly comply with relevant laws and regulations and require third parties to safeguard the legality of the information they provide.

(12) We will not use the third-party SDK to obtain your acceleration sensor, camera authority personal information, ICCID personal information, etc. However, if the normal operation and development of the software requires it, we will not use the third-party SDK to obtain your personal information. However, if the normal operation and development of the software requires indirect access to your personal information from a third party, we will inform you of the source, type and scope of use of your personal information prior to access, and if the processing of personal information required to carry out our business exceeds the scope of your authorised consent to provide personal information to a third party, we will obtain your authorised consent prior to the processing of your personal information. strictly comply with relevant laws and regulations and require third parties to safeguard the legitimacy of the information they provide.

3、Based on rough location for regional dimension analysis and risk identification of abnormal login.

③ Personal Information Collection.

Device Information, Network Information, Location Information, Application List

IMEI/MAC/AndroidID/OAID/IDFA/penUDID/GUID/SIM card IMSI/ICCID/IP

Collection purpose:

1、Based on device information used to generate desensitised end-user device uniqueness identifiers to ensure the provision of SDK services:.

2、Based on network information, location information and Application list information, it is used for anti-cheat probing (e.g. determining whether it is an external Application with malicious behaviour, identifying and analysing abnormal operations).

plug-in Applications, identify and analyse abnormal operation behaviours (e.g. blackmail and other security risks).

④ Personal Information Collection.

Account nicknames/avatars of Applet users, gender/region/language set by users in their Applet accounts, as well as user device model/brand, operating system and system version number, resolution, etc.

Purpose of collection: Used to provide small program statistical analysis services

 

II. Storage of Information

(i) Method and duration of information storage

We will store your information in a safe way, including local storage (e.g. using App for data caching), database and server logs.

In general, we will only store your personal information for the time necessary to fulfil the purpose of the service or under the conditions stipulated by laws and regulations. When the storage period of your information expires, we will delete your personal information or anonymise it in a timely manner, unless otherwise stipulated by laws and regulations. You may choose to delete your personal information that you have provided or generated while using the App service, such as the accompaniment you have clicked, your playing history, your favourites, etc. If you choose to delete the above information, we will also delete the corresponding personal information.

(ii) Geographical storage of information

We will store your personal information collected in accordance with laws and regulations.

Currently, we do not transfer or store your personal information across borders. In the future, if there is a need for cross-border transmission or storage, we will inform you of the purpose of the information out of the country, the recipient, security measures and security risks, and obtain your consent.

(iii) Notification of discontinuation of products or services

When our products or services cease operation, we will notify you in the form of push notifications, announcements, etc., and delete or anonymise your personal information within a reasonable period of time, unless otherwise provided by laws and regulations.

 

III. Information Security

(i) Security Protection Measures

We endeavour to provide security for users' information to prevent leakage, loss, improper use, unauthorised access and disclosure of information. We use multi-faceted security protection measures to ensure that the protection of users' personal information is at a reasonable level of security, including technical protection means, management system control, security system security and many other aspects.

We use industry-leading technical protection measures. The technical means we use include, but are not limited to, firewalls, encryption (e.g. SSL), de-identification or anonymisation, access control measures, etc. We will also continue to enhance the security of the information installed on our websites. In addition, we continually enhance the security capabilities of the software installed on your device. For example, we will complete some of the information encryption work locally on your device to consolidate the secure transmission; we will know the information about the Applications installed and the processes running on your device to prevent viruses, Trojan horses and other malicious programmes.

We have established special management systems, processes and organisations to safeguard the security of personal information. For example, we strictly limit the scope of people who have access to information, require them to comply with confidentiality obligations and conduct audits, and impose penalties in accordance with regulations on those who violate their obligations. We also review such management systems, processes and organisations to prevent unauthorised access, use or disclosure of user information by unauthorised persons.

We recommend that you pay due attention to the protection of personal information when using our products and services, and we provide a variety of security features to assist you in protecting the security of your personal information.

(ii) Measures to deal with security incidents

In the event of a security incident such as leakage, destruction or loss of personal information, we will activate the emergency plan to prevent the security incident from expanding. After a security incident occurs, we will promptly inform you of the basic situation of the security incident, the disposal measures and remedial measures that we are about to take or have taken, as well as our suggestions for you to cope with the incident, in the form of push notifications, emails and other forms. If it is difficult to inform you individually, we will issue warnings through announcements and other means.

 

IV. How we use the information

We strictly comply with the provisions of laws and regulations as well as the agreement with users, and use the collected information as described in this privacy protection guideline in order to provide you with better services.

(i) Rules for the use of information

(1) We will use the information we collect in accordance with the rules;

(2) We will provide you with various functions and services based on the information we collect, including providing you with services such as playing;

(3) We analyse the operation of our products based on the frequency and circumstances of your use of the the App, fault information, performance information, etc., to ensure the safety of our services and to optimise our products and improve the quality of our services. We do not combine the information we store in the analysis software with the personally identifiable information you provide;

(4) We may also use the information collected to conduct audits, data analysis and research, to analyse the efficiency of our business operations and measure market share, and to improve our products and services;

(ii) Method of obtaining consent after notification of the purpose of the change

We will use the information we collect for the purposes covered by this Privacy Policy. If we use your personal information beyond the scope that is directly or reasonably related to the purpose for which it was collected, we will inform you again and obtain your express consent before using your personal information.

 

V. External Provision

Currently, we do not actively share or transfer your personal information to third parties. If there are other cases of sharing or transferring your personal information or you need us to share or transfer your personal information to a third party, we will directly or confirm that the third party has obtained your express consent to the above actions.

In order to enhance your user experience, such as optimising the effectiveness of advertisements, we may need to share anonymised information with third-party partners and require them to strictly comply with our data privacy protection measures and requirements, including, but not limited to, processing in accordance with the Data Protection Agreement, the Undertaking and the relevant Data Processing Policies, in order to avoid identifying individuals and to safeguard privacy and security. We will not share information that can be used to identify you personally (e.g. your name or email address) with our partners unless you have expressly authorised us to do so. We do not publicly disclose the personal information we collect, but if we must, we will inform you of the purpose of the public disclosure, the type of information disclosed and the sensitive information that may be involved, and obtain your express consent. As our business continues to develop, we may engage in mergers, acquisitions, asset transfers, and other transactions, and we will inform you of the circumstances and continue to protect or require new controllers to continue to protect your personal information in accordance with laws and regulations and standards no less stringent than those required by these Privacy Protection Agreement.

In addition, in accordance with relevant laws and regulations and national standards, we may share, transfer, or publicly disclose personal information without your prior authorised consent in the following circumstances:

(1) Directly related to national security, national defence security;

(2) Directly related to public security, public health, and major public interests;

(3) Directly related to crime investigation, prosecution, trial and execution of judgement, etc.; (4) For the purpose of maintaining the personal information of the subject or the public;

(4) For the purpose of safeguarding the life, property and other important legitimate rights and interests of the subject of personal information or other individuals, but it is difficult to obtain the consent of the person;

(5) When the subject of personal information discloses personal information to the public on his/her own;

(6) Collecting personal information from legitimate publicly disclosed information, such as legitimate news reports, government information disclosure and other channels;

 

Ⅵ. Your Rights

During your use of the App, in order to make it easier for you to query and access, delete and correct your personal information, as well as to protect your right to withdraw your consent to the use of personal information and cancellation of your account, we have provided you with the Appropriate operational settings in the design of our products, and you can refer to the following guidelines for your operation. In addition, we have also set up a complaint reporting channel, your comments will be dealt with in a timely manner.

(i) Access to personal information

 Access to basic information such as avatar, nickname, gender, age, signature and so on:

(ii) Deleting Personal Information

Delete [My Record]:

(1) Click [Personal Centre] in the top navigation bar;

(2) Click [My Play];

(3) Select a performance record on the page and click Delete;

(iii) Correcting Personal Information

To change [Personal Information]:

  1. Click [Personal Centre] on the top navigation bar;

(2) Click on your avatar;

(3) Click on avatar, nickname, gender, age, signature, etc. on the page to make changes.

(iv) Withdrawal of consent

You can find the App through the Application management in the settings of your mobile phone, and enter the permission management interface to turn off the relevant specific permissions and authorisations in order to withdraw your consent.

(v) Logging out and cancellation of accounts

Log out of the associated account:

(1) Click [Personal Centre] on the top navigation bar;

(2) Click on the avatar;

(3) Click [Logout] at the bottom of the page.

 Log out of the account:

(4) At the bottom of the page, click [Apply for account cancellation], and the current account will be cancelled after agreeing to the relevant agreements.

(vi) Complaint Reporting

(3) Select a contact method on the page to contact customer service personnel for feedback.

 

VII. Changes

We may revise this Privacy Policy from time to time. When the terms and conditions of the privacy protection guidelines are changed, we will remind you of the changed privacy protection guidelines by red dots when the version is updated and explain the effective date to you. Please read the revised Privacy Protection Agreement carefully, and your continued use of the App means that you agree to our handling of your personal information in accordance with the updated Privacy Protection Agreement.

 

VIII. Protection of Minors

We attach great importance to the protection of personal information of minors. We will, in accordance with relevant laws and regulations, require minors under the age of fourteen to obtain the prior authorised consent of their guardians (such as their parents) before using the services of the App or providing us with personal information; minors under the age of fourteen but not yet eighteen may obtain the prior authorised consent of their guardians or authorise their own consent.

We will only use, provide or publicly disclose this information when permitted by law or regulation, with the express consent of the minor's guardian, or when it is necessary to protect the minor.

If you are the guardian of a minor, please be concerned whether the minor under your guardianship is using the the App's services with your authorised consent. If you have questions about the personal information of a minor under your guardianship, please contact us using the contact information in Section 10.

 

IX. Other

The Privacy Protection Agreement is a general privacy policy that we Apply uniformly, and the user rights and information security safeguards set forth therein Apply to App users.
